시간경과에 따른 간호윤리 교육 효과의 변화양상에 대한 연구: 이상적 의사결정능력을 중심으로

ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to determine the change of effects of nursing ethics education on the nurses idealistic ethical decision making with the time relapse of one month, three months and six months after the education.
The sample totalled 27 nurses, thirteen participated in free discussion group, and fourteen participated in expert-guided discussion group for ethical education for five weeks. Two weeks before the education, DIT and JAND were assessed, and JAND was assessed again one month, three months and six months after the education program. Data were collected from 14th of October, 1988 to May, 1999, and analyzed with SPSS WIN program.
The findings were as follows;
1. Average idealistic score of JAND, and case 1-nurse's medication error- showed significant difference as times went by. Other scores were not significantly different. Among three post-educational period, scores were highest at three months after the education in general.
2. In both of free discussion and expert-guided discussion group, idealistic scores of JAND were decreased at one month after the education, but increased at three months than one month after the education.
3. In the analysis within the moral development level, low moral development group showed highest scores at one month after the education, and declined with time relapse. However in moderate and high moral development group, scores were lowest at one month after the education, and increased at three months. Scores were declined again at six months after the education.
